Nikita might be my surprise show of the Fall so far. I have been consistently entertained through the first four episodes of the show and the worries I had going into the second episode were proved to be unfounded when I thought Alex was going to become the focus of the show when she was almost put into a Covert Affairs-like beginning mission.
I am worried about Hawaii Five-O. I like the cast, and the individual characters they play. I love the look of the show and the location of Hawaii. What I haven't been a fan of has been the story, action and dialogue of the episodes so far. It's been a bummer, and I'm going to give the show another episode or two but if things don't turn around I will probably stop watching.
Bones is just an adorable show. Weird thing to say about a show that deals with murders, and corpses but the cast chemistry is phenomenal and the writing is amazing. Two shows into the new season and it is hard not to be smiling the entire time I am watching the show. Maybe it's because I became a fan of the show several seasons into its run (on the other hand I have seen a majority of episodes thanks to the TNT reruns) but I have never been that crazy about Booth/Brennan. I like their professional relationship and friendship but do not need it to go further. I actually liked it when Booth got back with his ex for a short time, and am liking Hannah so far. Now, Hodgins/Angela I can get behind. Those two are always so fun on screen, together and separate.
I have fallen behind on Hellcats. I will admit that I tried out the show first to support Tom Welling but also the cast did not hurt things. I am also enjoying the dance/cheer sequences that have happened so far. That said I have missed the last two episodes and the one thing holding me back is some of what I have heard that happens in the third and fourth episodes. I can understand why the show would need to be like every other Teen dramas, but I think I am passed that phase of my TV watching life. I never started Gossip Girl for that reason and I cut out of the new 90210 once they started phasing out the nostalgic connections to the previous incarnation and focused on the young teens.
