The scene with Ellie and her Mom at the end, I talked over whatever Ellie was saying to what the real point was "Linda Hamilton, you're a great actress and all that but this is a show on NBC with just enough ratings to get by, we can't afford you for more episodes so we're going to have get some 'distance'."

The most heartbreaking moment belongs to Casey. Back in S2 or S3 when it came out about Casey's former lover and the daughter that was born, I had always wanted to see Casey reunite with the family. The daughter has since come into the mix but honestly she seems to be around more for Morgan and the Morgan/Casey relationship than the relationship with Casey himself. To see his 'family' happy without him, agonizing and not right. For all the pairing off the show seems to be doing, Casey seems destined to be forever alone.

I really can't stand that General Beckman is now going to be in person. She just doesn't give that dominating presence when she's there among them, and the very last thing I wanted to see was some look into her past romances with Roan. Wasn't Roan married? I thought he was with another old agent and that was the episode where Chuck and Sarah were trying to be a spy couple like them. Or am I thinking of another pair of spies?

I'm interested in getting familiar with more of Sarah's past as we count down to the S4 finale (read: wedding). Probably seeing her dad again is a must, and whoever else they can dig up again. They already had Nicole Richie this season so I doubt she'll be popping up again.
