Out in the field on missions, Haruno Sakura uses her hands both as weapons against her enemies and for protecting her teammates during battle. Years of training created reflexes that aid in deflecting blows from her opponents with her hands as well as letting her form jutsu seals to attack with at the opportune moment. Her excellent chakra control is the secret behind the powerful strength of her dangerous fists. Naruto is subject to said fists nearly as much as their enemies but he happens to be the only one that survives her blows. They both explain it as nothing more than tough love. He's grown smart enough not to annoy her during missions though, and the seriousness they approach tasks with comes from the loss of their first teammate back when they were still young inexperienced Genin.
Inside the quiet confines of the white, sterile walls that formed the Konoha hospital, Sakura's hands are used in gentler ways but still are just as skilled while she focuses on healing the village's sick and injured. She rose through the ranks of Konoha medic-nins fairly quickly for one so young, becoming known for being one of the best medic-nins in the village, in part because of her apprenticeship under the Godaime, Tsunade, but also because Sakura happened to be a natural with medical jutsu and picked up the medical treatment and techniques faster than most would. Her most memorable patient – much to her chagrin – happens to be Naruto, but Sakura always feels ill when she discovers he's in need of her professional attention. She patiently waits until he's recovered from his wounds to beat the crap out of him. The smirk she wears while she's fixing the dents she's caused looks scary to outsiders but to her it’s not because it's from her knowing that her hands can never hurt him.
It's also different behind the closed door of their bedroom. Sakura's hands take on a softer yet aggressive role as they graze lovingly with its touches of Naruto. They practically become a part of Naruto with the way Sakura runs them all over his body. Her calloused fingers rub his stomach and chest with care before dragging up along his neck and being run through his blond locks. Next, her hands grip onto Naruto's blonde hair tightly, holding his head close to her chest while he leans down and leaves a trail of kisses along her cleavage, against the curves of her breasts and atop the perky tips of her protruding pink nipples.
With Naruto's arms holding Sakura up against his body and her legs wrapped around his waist, her nails scratch up his back as every stroke from his thrusting hips causing her fingers to dig themselves into his skin while she clutches herself to him. And when Naruto finds himself distracted with the way the moonlight touches her lean, toned body, Sakura moves one of her hands to cup his cheek so she can stare into his eyes before lowering her other hand to squeeze his ass lustily. The subsequent surprised squeak she evokes from Naruto never fails to bring a smile to her face, but it's the desirous look that follows from him that always gives her a pleasant shiver.
And after they climax from their passionate coupling and fall back onto their bed feeling full of love and happiness, a glowing Sakura cuddles next to Naruto, using him as her personal pillow. Her head resting on his shoulder, she spends the rest of the night that she is awake running her fingers along his sweat glistened body while he gently snores until the very moment she drifts off to sleep. They both have different personalities but the bond that brought them together and keeps them in love can be simply defined by the last action they take every night that is done unconsciously on both parts – their hands find each other and slip into a comfortable, lasting grip.
