Chuck 3.17 "vs the Living Dead"

emeraldstagThe Bartowskis really need to stop lying! It killed me with Chuck continuously lying to his dad despite the many chances he had to explain himself and say the right things. (That's not even getting to the fact he has kept the fact the Intersect may be deteriorating his mind away from Sarah). And now you have Ellie sneaking around Devon, putting a tracker on her dad, and attacking John Casey with a frying pan ... I really can't wait for her reaction to what Chuck really does.
This episode was hitting the FUN meter big time: Casey taking digs at Chuck/Sarah when questioning Sarah about her time with Shaw, Ellie throwing out the phrase "Thanagarian Helmet" when they were talking about Chuck's Hawkman costume, and of course Papa Bartowski throwing a knife at Chuck's head to force him to reveal the Intersect "I'm never wrong."
I really wish NBC would give Chuck enough of a budget for S4 that they could make Scott Bakula a series regular. His character has never been disappointing and honestly I think the Buy More aspects to the show are quickly becoming non-essential and from the preview of the finale, the Chuck producers might agree with me.
